  • 30% of the total stay when formalizing the reservation.
  • 70% remaining two days before the date of entry.
  • Payment by transfer, deposit account or credit card.
  • A deposit may be established depending on the contracted services.
  • The agreed price is for the number of people and nights hired in accordance with the reservation or admission form, not allowing the accommodation of more people than those hired without prior admission and registration of them by the Directorate of El Alloral, subject to the capacity and availability of the apartments.
  • When making the reservation will be requested an income for 30% of the total amount. The reservation will be considered firm on the date of payment of the deposit into the bank account, at which time Alloral will notify the customer of the reservation confirmation.
  • In case of cancellation may be applied as compensation 100% of the signal if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the contracted date of entry.
  • The amount of the stay must be paid in full at the time of delivery of the key and there will be no right to any refund in case of early departure to the contracted.
  • The time of entry will be between 17:00 and 22:00 on the day of entry and departure until 12:00 on the day of departure. Any different schedule must be agreed with the Management.
  • El Alloral has an insurance policy with coverage for theft and / or pillage except the property and objects of the client or his own, stolen for theft without violence or intimidation or that are outside the house.
    • The houses are delivered in perfect state of use of all its elements whose inventory is in each house. The customer responsible for any breakage or damage caused by the negligent use of them or by their pet as well as the theft or theft of objects that are not under the assumptions of the insurance policy coverage.
    • The houses are equipped with bed and bath linen, full kitchen utensils with pressure cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, Italian coffee maker, iron, ironing board, clothesline, toaster, blender, hair dryer and television (USB) , all in perfect state of use (please report any anomaly detected).
    • The houses are delivered clean and with soap, gel, toilet paper, dishwasher, washing machine detergent, sugar, oil, vinegar and courtesy salt to start inhabiting them, although customers should consider providing these products during the stay
    • The wood-burning fireplace (cannot be used with charcoal) delivered clean must be left at the end of the stay in the state it was found. The Alloral offers an optional service that includes firewood and ignition material.
    • It is totally forbidden to use the fireplace as a grill or barbecue. For this, a charcoal barbecue grill is available to be used outside which is delivered clean and covered with aluminum foil for easy cleaning. Likewise, please leave it at the end of the stay in the state it was found.
    • It is not allowed to hold parties or meetings inside the houses or in the garden that may cause inconvenience to customers or damage to the property, furniture, or equipment. Out of respect for customers, please be especially careful with noise between 11 p.m. and 9 a.m.
    • The houses are totally independent but form an architectural complex that makes them ideal for family gatherings occupying several houses. In these cases, we prepare special offers depending on the number of houses rented and the duration of the stay, always including specific advice on the tourist activities in the area.
    • The houses are equipped with energy class A appliances, energy saving light bulbs and renewable energy systems to contribute to the care of the environment.
    • Customers are requested to contemplate the following general measures of energy efficiency and environmental protection (www.wwf.es):
    • Use sanitary hot / cold water rationally in the sink, sink, shower and toilet to avoid unnecessary consumption.
    • The heating of the houses is designed to maintain an optimum level of well-being, so you should avoid leaving the doors and windows open when it is not necessary. The boiler remains off from 00:00 to 8:00 approx.
    • Adjust the capacity of the washing machine to the maximum and use low temperature programs since it saves energy, water and clothes last longer.
    • Keep the refrigerator and freezer doors open as little as possible.
    • Turn off the lights when they are no longer needed.
    • Deposit garbage and waste in appropriate containers intended for this purpose.
    • Smoking is not allowed inside the houses and smokers are requested to use the ashtray installed on the outside porch as this is the only area allowed to smoke (Law 28/2005 of December 26).

  • How to get
    1. Take exit 306 of the A-8 (Autovía del Cantábrico) “Naves-Villahormes-Hontoria”.
    2. Then, at the crossroads, take the AS-263 road towards Villahormes.
    3. Following 1 km along the AS-263, just at the FEVE de Villahormes Station (on the left of the road), turn right towards HONTORIA.
    4. Continue along this road (which goes under the highway) for around 1 km until you reach the Church of Hontoria, where there is a children’s playground where you can see some signs indicating “El Alloral”.
    5. Once we have gone where the sign indicates, we will see a group of holm oaks in front of several Asturian-style single-family chalets.
    6. There is another sign for «El Alloral» that indicates a turn to the right, and following about 50 meters. but you can already see well the parking lot and the entrance to El Alloral.
