EL ALLORAL DE LLANES, consists of 2 Asturian-style buildings, each with 4 independent houses, «El Acebo», «El Castaño», «El Nogal» and «El Roble», on the one hand and «La Acacia», «La Encina», «La Morera» and «La Sabina», on the other, all with their respective individual garden, for private use, fenced and equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.
All houses have the same equipment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (with double bed and two single beds), with the exception of the cottage-suite «El Roble» which has a single double bedroom and one spectacular covered terrace. In addition the house «La Sabina» is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
All houses have free Wi-Fi and pets are allowed.
These houses are located in the building where «El Alloral» was born and they combine the traditional design with the comfort and warmth required for a getaway or a quiet holiday at any time of the year, either contemplating the wood-burning fireplace in the living room or enjoying the sunbeds under the garden umbrella or picnic table next to the barbecue.
«El Acebo», «El Castaño» y «El Nogal» are 3 houses on the ground floor with direct access to their fenced and private use garden. Each house has 2 bedrooms (double + double), living room with wood burning fireplace, TV (USB), WIFI, heating, kitchen, bathroom with shower and its corresponding furniture.
However, the house «El Roble» is a first floor suite with direct access from its own private fenced garden and a spectacular covered terrace of 20 m2, with views of the sea and the mountains. This suite has a double bedroom, a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed (135cm), TV (USB), WIFI, heating, kitchen, bathroom with shower and its corresponding furniture.
In addition «El Roble» and «El Nogal» have the particularity of being able to join inwardly to form a 6-seater duplex (plus another 3 in sofa beds).
These houses are in the second building of «El Alloral» and with their special design, spacious, bright, with modern look and practical details, allow a relaxing stay at any time of the year, either in the heat of the fire in the living room stove , or lying on the sun loungers under the garden umbrella or sitting on the terrace.
«La Acacia», «La Encina», «La Morera» y «La Sabina», are 4 houses on the ground floor with direct access to their fenced and private garden. Each house has 2 bedrooms (double + double), living room with individual pellet stove (heating), TV (USB), WIFI, kitchen, bathroom with shower and its corresponding furniture.
In addition, «La Sabina»» is adapted for people with reduced mobility and has an entrance ramp, sliding doors and a bathroom with a shower.
